IT Services
- Manage the RMF process to sustain an Authorization to Operate (ATO) on multiple systems and networks. Includes POAM development, vulnerability scanning, patching, STIGs, evidence gathering, document preparation, eMASS account management
- Establish data management networks to support field data collection
- Install and setup field instrumentation networks; establish system configurations and maintain IT devices
- Provide Tier I-III helpdesk services for more than 300 users
- Manage more than 1,000 IT devices; includes setup, configuration, issue/turn-in, and maintenance
- G-4 Information Systems Office (ISO) IT Helpdesk, computer systems, operating systems and all application software loads, hardware, VTC management, blackberry devices, database management, and customer support services, has the services and tools to help ODCS maintain a ready Army
- Provide Configuration Management for servers, computers, instrumentation, and networks
- Provide Knowledge Management for all IT services; includes data warehousing and reporting for system user manuals, technical manuals, training documents, test plans, reports, and other data products
- Provide Tier I-III helpdesk services for more than 300 users
- Respond to network outages and reestablish connectivity
