Engineering Services

Our Engineers provide full life-cycle instrumentation management, from acquisition to disposition.

Test and Evaluation (T&E)

SAWTST builds T&E methodologies, and we develop and define T&E plans and procedures. We provide hardware and software certification and accreditation (C&A) process recommendations. We participate in developmental and operational testing of weapons systems. We observe and report test results, recommend mitigation strategies, and apply lessons learned to integrate continuous process improvement.

Database Development and Management

We design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain customized hundreds of databases. We improve data reliability and provide traceability to data elements allowing us to rapidly adjust to changes. We streamline data management and data mining processes and enhance data integrity. We build database models using Python, Structured Query Language (SQL), C#, R, PHP, Oracle, Linux, and Microsoft Access.

KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT

We provide knowledge management solutions to streamline the process of capturing, distributing, and turning millions of records into actionable data. Our knowledge management system informs decision-making and stimulates collaboration and innovation.

System Administration

We apply cybersecurity policies to ensure the safety of data and the entire IT infrastructure. Our System Administrators installs, maintains, and configures computer systems, networks, databases, software, and servers in office, laboratory, and field environments.

Help Desk Support (Tier I, II, & III)

Our Tier I, II, and III help desk support services provide rapid solutions to user issues requiring troubleshooting and onsite repair. Our Technicians identify and fix issues to safeguard system and network functionality in office, lab, and field environments while reducing user downtime, streamlining operations, and increasing productivity.
